JUNE 5, 2010 - This was the year of no spring. April and May, rain, rain, and more rain, right up until the day before the Function. The football field was a soggy mess. There would be no Show'n Shine held there this year. But, miraculously, the Car Gods smiled and the day of the Function arrived with partially blue skies and no rain.
Matt Knox, owner of the closed Gibson Motors, offered his lot for the event and so the Show'n Shine went on. Even closed, Oregon's oldest Ford dealership was still supporting our community!
