Suggestion: The Long Tom Country Trail
 The
Long Tom Country Trail is approximately 40 miles of country stops
and experiences in the foothills of the Coast Range, just 7 miles
west of Junction City, Oregon and only 30 minutes north of Eugene.
The stops include an antique store, 3 wineries, (Benton-Lane
Winery, Pfeiffer Vineyards and High Pass Winery), tractor-drawn
wagon rides for children, an alpaca petting ranch and fiber shop,
a sheep ranch, golfing, a 3 night working vineyard vacation
package, homemade rugs, a glass artist, a painter's studio, and
during the summer, a farmer's market and produce stands. We also
have strawberry fields for picking your own berries and wonderful
u-pick peach orchards. For groups of 12 or more-- you can have
dinner in a villa at Pfeiffer Vineyards. The Long Tom Trail is
also a lovely destination for bicycle touring, and picnics. |

Beaten Path Tours is a local tour company and ride service based in
Junction City, Oregon and serving Eugene, Portland, and the Oregon Coast. We cater to those who want to take wine tasting tours
of the Southern Willamette Valley or get to see some of the area's
interesting sites not easily found near the mainstream highways.
If
you and your group need to get around our town, or the Eugene area, we
